• In its original, unworn, or unused condition.
• With all original tags still attached.

   • For US Customers: If your return is approved, we'll email you a FREE pre-paid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.
   • For International Customers: If your return is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions. (Please see "Return Shipping Fees" below).
3. Send It Back: Carefully follow the instructions provided to ship your item back to us.

Important: To ensure your return is processed correctly, please contact us before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

• US Domestic Orders: Great news! Return shipping is COMPLETELY FREE for orders within the United States. We provide the pre-paid label.
• International Orders: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for orders shipped outside the United States.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Products: Items that have been significantly personalized or made to special order may not be eligible for return. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a custom item (like specific Rx customizations beyond standard lens fitting, or engraved items), please contact us before purchasing or reach out to [email address removed].

• Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or purchased under specific promotional terms stating non-returnability cannot be returned.

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Need a different size, color, or style? The fastest way is to:
  1. Return the original item following the steps above.
  2. Once your return is accepted and processed, simply place a new, separate order for the item you want.
